Some jokey lines on anxiety

I know you think the world's a jungle gym
And you're right—it is:  a gym of dangers
A tangle of potential injuries
You're safe, go play, avoid the sun and sticks
Playing is traveling toward happiness
And how fingers are lost in an instant
You're mobile:  I'm so proud and full of fear
The world awaits your mind and eyes—watch out!
That pillow won't smother me, you will
One of the things you might say if you could
And you can, if you keep your mouth intact
With both legs you can leave me:  Mommy, bye.
I'm not somewhat worried, I'm worried a lot
You may think the world's a nice, safe place, but—
